Ansvarsområden
- Act as the main contact for Leybold customers, managing inquiries from orders to service requests and product questions.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, Technical Support, and Finance teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience.
- Communicate daily in both German and English to provide clear and helpful information.
- Manage orders and quotations using SAP, coordinate deliveries, service jobs, and returns.
- Keep customers updated on their requests and assist the Sales team with pricing and availability details.
- Resolve issues in collaboration with colleagues to maintain top-level service.

- Fluency in German and English.

Önskade kvalifikationer
