Atlas Copco is seeking a Service Engineer in Shanghai, China to provide quality service, maintenance, and training for vacuum technical services. The role requires a college degree in mechanical engineering, at least 3 years of experience in vacuum equipment service, and basic English proficiency, with a focus on building customer relationships and problem-solving.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide quality service on behalf of vacuum technical service brand at customer site, including commissioning, maintenance and on-site training to customers.
  • Perform preventive maintenance according to provided operating guidelines, standard operating procedures and tools, and provide technical advice to customers to reduce equipment downtime, reduce maintenance costs, and improve equipment performance and efficiency.
  • Ensure that the output of effective hours meet the company's requirements.
  • Provide technical training to authorized dealers to continuously improve their service skills.
  • Support and manage the dealer service process.
  • Actively build customer relationships on site, identify business opportunities, and proactively provide sales leads to the sales team.
  • Work with internal teams to find the best solution in the event of a breakdown, expansion of customer activity, or other customer-specific situations.
  • Provide technical support to customers by telephone or on site in the form of troubleshooting.
  • Share experiences with colleagues, strengthen communication and build a strong network.
  • Ensure a clean working environment, clean tools and proper management.
  • Ensure that your work complies with the company's safety requirements, as well as the customer's safety requirements on site.
  • Contribute to the sustainable operation of the spare parts and service business.

Krav

  • College degree or above, major in mechanical engineering.
  • Have mechanical and electronic technical knowledge, can continue to learn and develop.
  • At least 3 years working experience in vacuum equipment or other industrial and high-tech equipment service.
  • Basic command of English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
  • Committed to customers, establish stable customer relationships, confidently face customers, and have a strong sense of service.
  • Strong ability to work under pressure, able to work independently.
  • Efficient, accurate, problem solving and resourceful.
  • Customer service oriented, able to communicate effectively and clearly.
