Atlas Copco is seeking a Service Engineer or Senior Service Engineer in Gurgaon to manage day-to-day service operations, including installation, mechanical and electrical servicing, and preventive maintenance of equipment. The role requires strong troubleshooting, customer support, and collaboration with sales and project teams, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and product reliability.
Ansvarsområden
- Manage day-to-day service functions and resolve issues within allocated territories.
- Provide commissioning and start-up support for SCA plants in the automotive industry.
- Install and service equipment, both electrically and mechanically.
- Supervise and execute preventive maintenance and general maintenance.
- Troubleshoot issues, provide customer service, perform root cause analysis, and present findings.
- Follow up on service reports and information.
- Promote spare parts, submit offers, and manage spare parts orders.
- Collect payments, TDS certificates, and 'C' forms.
- Comply with regulations and standards to protect the organization's reputation.
- Guide service technicians to perform duties effectively.
- Handle key accounts directly and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with sales and project teams for machine installation and service plans.
- Conduct customer and internal team training for optimal product up-time.
- Monitor on-site workshops for turnaround time, spare parts availability, root cause analysis, competency development, and motivation.
- Ensure "Safety Health and Environment" compliance at on-site workshops.
- Handle customer complaints (warranty/goodwill/others) and log them in the SQR database.
- Identify red flags, analyze root causes of failures, and perform other assigned duties.
Krav
- Degree/Diploma in Electric/Electronics Engineering.
- 2-3 years of field experience in servicing industrial products.
- Experience with pumps, sealing systems, or paint systems is preferred.
- Good knowledge of PLC and control systems.
- Robotic system installation and automotive OEM site installation background is preferred.
