Tetra Pak is looking for a Service Engineer in Izmir, Türkiye, to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, analyze and resolve technical issues, and participate in installation events. This role focuses on ensuring customer operational efficiency and promoting a safe working culture.

Ansvarsområden

  • Execute preventive maintenance activities according to global standards.
  • Analyze and resolve electro-mechanical and automation issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Conduct systematic root cause analysis and promptly report technical issues.
  • Perform disassembling and mechanical assembling of capital equipment.
  • Provide production support and breakdown assistance on customer sites.
  • Execute installation of relevant electromechanical upgrade kits.
  • Conduct operator training, either physically or remotely.
  • Contribute ideas for business development to the customer account manager.
  • Follow up operationally on contracts to manage profitability and performance.
  • Promote a safe working culture and adhere to safety regulations.
  • Ensure work complies with Tetra Pak standards for product quality and food safety.
  • Lead daily contact and operational relationships with designated customer contacts.
  • Comply with all reporting requirements accurately and timely.
  • Act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak, maintaining good working relationships and reputation.

Krav

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in installations, maintenance, and service work.
  • Ability to independently deliver preventive maintenance, industrial systems troubleshooting, installation tasks, and upgrade installations.
  • Experience as a Technician, Production Engineer, or Maintenance Engineer.
