Tetra Pak is seeking a Service Engineer in Bursa, Türkiye to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, analyze and resolve technical issues with a focus on customer operational efficiency, and participate in installation events. This role requires 1-3 years of experience in installations, maintenance, and service work.
Ansvarsområden
- Execute preventive maintenance activities in line with global Tetra Pak standard procedures.
- Analyze, restore basic conditions, and troubleshoot electro-mechanical and automation issues (HW, SW, Network).
- Conduct systematic root cause analysis of problems.
- Execute disassembling and mechanical assembling of Capital Equipment at customer sites.
- Perform production support and breakdown assistance on customer sites.
- Execute installation of Electromechanical upgrade kits.
- Conduct relevant customer training for operators.
- Contribute with opportunities and ideas for business development.
- Operationally follow up on contracts and manage outcomes.
- Promote a safe working culture and execute all work in accordance with safety regulations.
- Ensure product quality and food safety standards are met.
- Lead daily contact and operational relationship with designated customer contact.
- Comply with all reporting requirements accurately and timely.
- Act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak.
Krav
- 1 to 3 years experience in installations, maintenance, and service work.
- Ability to independently or dependently deliver preventive maintenance.
- Experience with industrial systems troubleshooting.
- Experience with installation tasks and upgrade installations.
