Ansvarsområden
- Travel to customer sites to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and installations.
- Analyze technical issues and escalate when needed using standard operating processes.
- Train customer operators and support production efficiency.
- Monitor service contracts and contribute to business development.
- Ensure compliance with safety, food quality, and reporting standards.
- Represent Tetra Pak professionally and contribute ideas for improving customer operations and service delivery.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols in accordance to OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations and promote a safe working culture in the team.
Krav
- Up to 3 years’ experience in maintenance, service, or installation within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
- N6/National Diploma or Trade Test in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Millwright, or equivalent technical qualification.
- Foundational mechanical, electrical, and basic automation knowledge, with exposure to industrial equipment installation and troubleshooting (PLC/drive systems advantageous).
- Commitment to health and safety standards; Food & Beverage industry experience beneficial but not mandatory.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders with a customer focused mindset.
- Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
- Intermediate level of English (written and verbal).
- A proactive, customer-first mindset.

- Food & Beverage industry experience beneficial but not mandatory.
