Tetra Pak is seeking a proactive Service Engineer in Japan to build customer relationships, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to business development. This role involves on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery, requiring mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic expertise.

Ansvarsområden

  • Participate in preparing customer sites for installation events, assembling machines and conveyors.
  • Participate in the installation of rebuilding kits according to procedures and reinstate equipment into the production environment.
  • Use TPMS tool to report preventive maintenance and correct work.
  • Contribute with opportunities and ideas regarding customer business development.
  • Execute all work in accordance with OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations and promote a safe working culture.
  • Act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak, ensuring good working relationships with customers and sustaining the company's reputation.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, mechatronics, robotics, control & automation engineering or similar.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Installations, maintenance and/or repair work.
  • Mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic experience strongly desired.
  • Fluency in technical English and Japanese is required.
  • Strong PLC Programming Knowledge.
  • A valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
