Ericsson is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to support the successful delivery of North American hyperscale data center infrastructure projects. The role involves coordinating various data center activities, managing project schedules, risks, and communications, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Ansvarsområden

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of data center infrastructure projects.
  • Manage day-to-day project activities for data center infrastructure deployments.
  • Coordinate project execution across internal teams, vendors, and field resources.
  • Track project milestones, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Support customer communications by providing timely and accurate project updates.
  • Assist in the resolution of project issues and escalations.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
  • Monitor project metrics and KPIs.
  • Support resource planning activities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5-8 years of experience in project management, service delivery, operations, telecommunications, data center infrastructure, and/or related fields.
  • Experience supporting infrastructure deployment projects, technology implementations, or data center activities.
  • Understanding of project management principles, including schedule management, risk management, issue tracking, and stakeholder communication.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving project challenges.
