Ansvarsområden
- Assign engineers/technicians based on skillset, location, and job requirements.
- Coordinate with customers for site/equipment readiness, delivery, and scheduling.
- Plan and manage job scheduling for both field and service centre activities, including travel, trainings and inductions.
- Ensure regular updates are communicated to customers at every key milestone or as per customer requests.
- Consolidate and book costs/hours, handing over to CSC for invoicing within 10 business days of job completion.
- Manage purchase orders for tools, calibration, PPE, and other non-spare part purchases.
- Work closely with other coordinators, managers, and teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Krav
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
- Proven ability to thrive and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong experience in coordination and planning.
- Capable of working independently while also contributing effectively within a team setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with a range of stakeholders.
