I korthet

We are seeking an experienced Service Architecture Manager to lead strategic programs in AI/ML, SDE/Automation, and R&D initiatives, focusing on improving cost metrics and maturity within Ericsson. This hybrid role requires a strong background in Telecom Operations and Project/Service Management.

Ansvarsområden

  • Drive improvement initiatives in strategic and operational areas to improve cost metrics.
  • Lead and execute AI/ML value pack-based initiatives.
  • Drive new business ideas from conceptualization to reality.
  • Provide thought leadership by researching industry best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate end-to-end Service Management strategy, prioritizing changes.
  • Own Budget Planning, Allocation, Forecasting, and Financial Reporting.
  • Continuously drive efficiency, improvements, and excellence across Service Delivery.
  • Establish strong governance and reporting frameworks for assigned projects.
  • Lead Risk Management and mitigation planning.
  • Interface and collaborate with key stakeholders.

Krav

  • Degree in Engineering (ECE / CSE / IT) or MBA.
  • 14+ years of total experience.
  • 10+ years in Telecom Operations (vendor and/or service provider).
  • Proven experience leading strategic initiatives in AI/ML and Automation streams.
  • Prior experience in Project Management and/or Service Management functions within Managed Services.
  • 5+ years of management experience.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Telecom Operations.
  • Solid background in Project Management and/or Service Management functions.
  • Good understanding of SLA, WLA, and OLA frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of Ericsson Policies, Directives, and Guidelines.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Certification in Project Management frameworks such as PMP is highly desirable.
