Autoliv is seeking a Serial Life Project Management Specialist in BRTA to manage engineering running changes (AS7/VEVA) and drive change management activities across departments. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Quality, or Supply Chain Management, with experience in change management within a manufacturing environment and knowledge of ERP systems and APQP.

Ansvarsområden

Execute and coordinate engineering running changes (AS7/VEVA) to ensure timely and effective implementation.
Drive the execution of change management activities across production, quality, engineering, and related departments.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to ensure alignment and successful deployment of running changes.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve issues that could impact change implementation or customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with customer requirements while maintaining high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction.

Krav

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Quality, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience in engineering change management, logistics processes, or quality systems within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems and their application in change implementation and process coordination.
Understanding of APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and change management methodologies.
Demonstrated dependability, accountability, and professional behavior, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and customers.
