Qualcomm is looking for a SerDes High Speed IP ATE Test Development & Characterization Engineer to assist in the planning, optimization, verification, and testing of electronic systems. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate features, conduct simulations, and develop manufacturing solutions for cutting-edge products.

Ansvarsområden

  • Apply Hardware knowledge to assist in planning, optimization, verification, and testing of electronic systems, circuits, and test systems.
  • Provide support for the integration of features and functionality into hardware designs.
  • Conduct simulations and analyses of designs to achieve optimal power, performance, and area.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement new requirements and incorporate the latest test solutions to improve yield, test time, and quality.
  • Assist in the evaluation, characterization, and development of manufacturing solutions for leading-edge products.
  • Assist in the evaluation of reliability for materials, properties, and techniques.
  • Bring innovation, automation, and optimization to maximize productivity.
  • Assess common design features to identify potential flaws, compatibility issues, and/or compliance issues.
  • Write technical documentation for Hardware projects.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
  • 1+ year of experience with circuit design (e.g., digital, analog, RF).
  • 1+ year of experience utilizing schematic capture and circuit simulation software.
  • 1+ year of experience with hardware design and measurement instruments such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, RF tools, etc.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
