General Summary:
Responsibilities
- Define and improve circuit for high speed/small area and/or low power memory architectures
- Work on schematic capture, simulation and detailed analysis of memory cell and major blocks, margin verifications
- Involve in design methodology, develop new circuits and use systematic approach to select memory circuit meeting targeted performance and functional goals
- Define layout floorplan, EMIR provision and conduct layout review to ensure meeting design expectations
- Work closely with CAD/Modelling/Layout to fully optimize for design specifically for different technology nodes.
Requirements
- Bachelor in electronics (4-8 years), Master/PhD is preferred (3+ years)
- Experience in Memory Design using Finfet/GAA technology
- Experience on compiler approach/custom design flow of embedded memory of SRAM/ROM/RegisterFile/TCAM
- Solid knowledge of semiconductor device fundamentals, process variability and its effect on memory design for different technologies.
- Strong understanding memory model views and how they are used in system design.
- Fluent verbal English communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
