Ericsson is seeking a Senior/Lead DevOps Engineer in Noida, India, to drive excellence in software products and services. This role involves leading a team to deliver automation and DevOps solutions for 4G and 5G products, focusing on reliability, performance tuning, and continuous improvement.
Ansvarsområden
- Gather and analyze metrics from operating systems and applications for performance tuning and fault finding.
- Partner with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures.
- Participate in system design consulting and platform management.
- Create sustainable systems and services through automation and uplifts.
- Balance feature development speed and reliability with well-defined service level objectives.
- Rollout automation in customer environments.
- Troubleshoot during live node activities.
- Develop, manage, and maintain automation assets of the Service Delivery Global DevOps Platform.
- Develop automation to manage platform infrastructure, applications, and services.
- Ensure continuous improvement of platform reliability, quality, uptime, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide primary operational support, lifecycle management, and engineering for platform systems and services.
Krav
- Work with development teams to design scalable, robust systems using cloud-native architectural principles.
- Proficiency in Git, GitLab, Azure DevOps, GitHub, Ansible, Puppet/Chef, Cloudflare, SonarQube (SAST), Docker, Artifactory, OSs and Enterprise Environments (Ubuntu 20.04/22.04, RHEL 7/8), Kubernetes, Python / Shell Scripting, JSON/YAML.
- Experience with public cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, GCP.
- Expertise in DevOps pipeline orchestration and automation.
- Experience with common software development tools: Source Code Management, Configuration Management, Security and Compliance, Registries and Artifact Repos, OSs and Enterprise Environments, Desired Programming languages, Monitoring Tools.
- Build automation using industry-standard tools to deploy hundreds of different services.
- Outstanding collaboration, communication, and innovation skills.

- Scrum, Agile and DevOps ways of working (Preferred).
