Spotify is seeking a Senior Workplace Experience Coordinator for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Seoul. This role focuses on creating an exceptional and inspiring office environment, fostering a vibrant culture, and managing daily operations with a proactive, data-driven approach. The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of experience in a related field, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency in English and Korean.

Ansvarsområden

  • Create an exceptional workplace experience by coordinating maintenance, amenities, and ensuring alignment with brand identity.
  • Develop memorable new-hire onboarding experiences that reflect company culture.
  • Act as a culture ambassador by curating events that spark creativity, belonging, and joy.
  • Provide seamless internal event support.
  • Lead local operations through proactive vendor management and high service quality.
  • Utilize AI tools and data insights to optimize services and processes.
  • Collaborate across regions and functions to align local practices with global vision.
  • Partner with local stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure office support.

Krav

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in workplace experience, office management, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Ability to build relationships and make people feel welcome, supported, and inspired.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proactive, problem-solving attitude with a can-do mindset.
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of and sensitivity to diverse cultures, committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.
  • Comfortable using AI tools and various technology platforms.
  • Proficiency in English and Korean is required.
