As a Senior Test Lead, you will develop comprehensive test plans and drive testing scope, goals, and deliverables. Your expertise in Java and testing methodologies will ensure software products meet high standards of quality and performance.

Ansvarsområden

Facilitate functional and technical discussions to understand specifications and identify performance concerns.
Identify opportunities for process improvement in testing methodologies and tools.
Oversee the creation and execution of automated test scripts using Java and associated frameworks.
Mentor and guide QA Engineers on the use of the testing framework and Java testing.

Krav

Proficient in Java with a strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
Solid experience in developing and executing automated test scripts and frameworks.
Good knowledge of testing tools and technologies.
Familiarity with performance testing and related tools is a plus.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Recommended Certifications: ISTQB Certified Tester (Foundation Level) or Equivalent (Optional but Valuable).
Optional certifications in Java Programming and Automation Testing Frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit) are beneficial.
