Seeking a Senior Test Lead with 5+ years of QA and automation engineering experience in Bengaluru. The role involves owning end-to-end QA strategy for large programs, designing automation frameworks from scratch, and integrating with CI/CD pipelines. Ansvarsområden

  • Lead and own end-to-end QA strategy and test roadmap for a large-scale cloud modernization program.
  • Design and implement test planning, strategy, and quality metrics aligned with Agile.
  • Build automation frameworks from scratch (UI, API, integration) using Playwright/Selenium/Cucumber.
  • Drive automation-first strategy and integrate with CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins).
  • Develop strong understanding of system architecture, microservices, APIs, and AWS cloud.
  • Define and execute end-to-end test scenarios and quality controls.
  • Collaborate with customer stakeholders, product owners, and development teams.
  • Provide QA leadership, estimation, and execution oversight across releases.
  • Ensure traceability, defect management, and release quality metrics.
  • Mentor team and elevate QA engineering maturity and standards.
  • Apply analytical thinking to identify risks and improve quality outcomes.
  • Leverage AI-driven testing approaches for optimization and efficiency.
  • Participate in functional and technical discussions to understand specifications and highlight performance concerns.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in testing methodologies/tools and implement best practices.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of automated test scripts ensuring consistency and alignment with quality standards.
  • Develop/guide and mentor QA engineers in the use of the testing framework, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.

Krav

  • 5+ years of experience in QA with strong emphasis on test leadership and automation engineering
  • Proven experience as: Test Lead / QA Lead / SDET Lead
  • Owning end-to-end QA strategy for large programs
  • Strong hands-on experience with Automation frameworks (design + implementation from scratch)
  • Strong hands-on experience with Playwright / Selenium / Cucumber / API automation
  • Solid programming skills (preferably Java or equivalent)
  • Strong experience with Web technologies, REST APIs, and distributed systems
  • Strong experience with Databases (SQL/NoSQL/Oracle)
  • Experience integrating QA into CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, etc.)
  • Exposure to cloud environments (AWS preferred)

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience in large-scale modernization or transformation programs
  • Familiarity with SAFe / Agile at scale environments
  • Exposure to using AI in Test Automation
  • Strong domain understanding in enterprise platforms
