Volvo Group North America, LLC seeks a Senior Technology Consultant in Greensboro, NC to support the design and implementation of a new Common Case Management Platform using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The role requires expertise in C#, SQL, Agile methodologies, and Azure cloud services to drive digital transformation in sustainable transport solutions.

Ansvarsområden

  • Support the design and implementation of a new Common Case Management Platform for the Volvo Group.
  • Promote an agile mindset and ways of working with internal and external partners.
  • Gather, assimilate, and analyze relevant data to help surface and support solutions.
  • Conduct technical analysis and create specification documents.
  • Develop technical architecture, strategy, and guideline documents.
  • Track development progress and project deliverables.
  • Provide technical and design/implementation guidance and solutions involving the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, including SQL and Relational Database management system.
  • Configure and develop solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and 7 years of experience implementing, configuring, and developing solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (online).
  • 7 years of experience in object-oriented programming using C#.
  • 5 years of experience using Waterfall, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
  • 5 years of experience applying CRM processes to complex projects.
  • 3 years of experience using Visual Studio.
  • 3 years of experience using at least two of the following modules of the CRM suite: Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Marketing.
  • 3 years of experience working with SQL and relational database management systems, including Microsoft Dataverse based on Azure.
  • 2 years of experience developing with Cloud Azure and working with Power Platforms native components.
