The Senior Technical Support Specialist is responsible for managing high-impact technical escalations in Kubernetes environments, ensuring business continuity and service reliability. This role involves complex troubleshooting, providing technical training, and developing preventative measures in collaboration with customers.

Ansvarsområden

  • Serve as the point of contact for all high business-impacting critical activities and technical escalations in Kubernetes environments.
  • Conduct complex support activities by diagnosing and resolving Kubernetes-related incidents.
  • Provide oversight and technical training to less experienced team members.
  • Collaborate with customers to proactively identify and implement preventive measures.
  • Identify potential risks in support processes and develop contingency plans.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Kubernetes, delivering technical support to internal teams and external customers.
  • Aid in the creation and development of initial troubleshooting tools and resources for customers.

Krav

  • Expert-level proficiency in Kubernetes and container orchestration technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks.
  • Proficiency in monitoring tools to assess performance and availability of Kubernetes clusters.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform complex troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers and internal teams.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) are highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • ITIL certification may also be valuable for understanding IT Service Management practices.
