HCLTech is seeking a Senior Technical Specialist in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, to lead mainframe security migrations from TSS or ACF2 to RACF on z/OS systems. This role involves in-depth analysis, strategy development, and hands-on execution with a focus on minimizing downtime and ensuring client satisfaction through training and support.

Ansvarsområden

  • Perform in-depth analysis of client's current security environment (TSS or ACF2) and create detailed migration strategies.
  • Conduct comprehensive security assessments, vulnerability analysis, and compliance checks.
  • Develop project plans with defined phases (Planning, Conversion, Implementation, Cutover) and timelines.
  • Lead and execute complex migrations from TSS or ACF2 to RACF with minimal downtime.
  • Configure and integrate RACF on z/OS systems according to client requirements.
  • Manage installation, configuration, and validation of RACF profiles, rules, and access controls.
  • Utilize IBM tools such as zSecure and other RACF-specific utilities for automation.
  • Provide post-migration support, issue resolution, and configuration fine-tuning.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops on RACF usage and best practices.
  • Collaborate with system programmers, network engineers, and application owners for successful integration.
  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on RACF, providing guidance and support.
  • Show interest in AI and its integration with RACF for enhanced security monitoring and automation.

Krav

  • Experience with TSS or ACF2 security environments.
  • Proficiency in RACF configuration and integration on z/OS.
  • Experience with IBM tools like zSecure and RACF-specific utilities.
  • Foundational knowledge of programming languages such as PL/I, Assembler, REXX, and Java.
  • Interest in AI and its application in security.
