Key Responsibilities

Act as a Techno‑Functional Consultant for Blue Yonder solutions across new customer implementation/configure, migration of JDA to BY, enhancement, and support projects
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders and create a system requirement document.
Perform fit‑gap analysis and translate business needs into functional and technical designs
Configure and customize Blue Yonder modules (primarily WMS and related components)
Develop and support MOCA scripts for custom command, triggers, work flows,Jobs for business logic, validations, and extensions
Design Jasper Reports and Labels for operational and management reporting needs
Develop,Configure and customize UI components using Blue Yonder Page Builder
Support system integrations with ERP and external systems (e.g., SAP, middleware, EDI)
Participate in testing phases including SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production support
Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and recommend continuous improvements
Prepare and maintain functional specifications, technical documents, test cases, and user guides
Support training, knowledge transfer, and post‑go‑live stabilization activities
