A Senior Technical Specialist with strong SAP HR/Time Management expertise is needed to configure and support SAP HCM Time Management modules. This role involves hands-on configuration of SAP S/4HANA Time Management, SAP CATS, and integration with SuccessFactors, Payroll, and S/4HANA.

Ansvarsområden

  • Configure and support SAP HCM Time Management modules to track employee working hours, attendance, and absences.
  • Perform SAP S/4HANA Time Management configuration, including time-entry and workforce time processes.
  • Utilize SAP CATS/CATSDB and labor-time processing for financial and operational cost allocation.
  • Integrate and validate time-related processes across SuccessFactors EC/ECP, Payroll, and SAP S/4HANA.
  • Prepare functional specifications, process designs, business process mappings, and testing documentation.
  • Support SIT, UAT, payroll validation, cutover, and production go-live activities for SAP HR/Time Management solutions.

Krav

  • Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Time Management configuration, including time-entry and workforce time processes.
  • Hands-on expertise with SAP CATS/CATSDB and labor-time processing for financial and operational cost allocation.
  • Experience integrating and validating time-related processes across SuccessFactors EC/ECP, Payroll, and SAP S/4HANA.
  • Ability to prepare functional specifications, process designs, business process mappings, and testing documentation.
  • Experience supporting SIT, UAT, payroll validation, cutover, and production go-live activities for SAP HR/Time Management solutions.
