Ansvarsområden
- Perform complex migration activities from competitive performance management/monitoring products to IBM’s performance management solutions.
- Provide estimates for migrations from competitive products to the IBM solution.
- Investigate and analyze information to draw conclusions regarding migration paths and activities.
- Write and maintain documentation.
- Work as a team member with internal employees, project managers, contractors, and customer employees.
Krav
- 5+ Years mainframe (z/OS) experience.
- Proficient with TSO/ISPF, REXX Programming, and SMP/E.
- 5+ Years Performance Management experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Familiarity with CICS, DB2, IMS, WebSphere MQ, Networking (VTAM & TCP/IP), and mainframe Storage subsystems is a plus.
- Experience with other mainframe performance monitoring products (ASG TMON, BMC MAINVIEW, CA-SYSVIEW) is desired.
- Experience with migrating other mainframe performance monitoring software to IBM OMEGAMON is desired.
- Basic z/OS System Programming knowledge/skills.
- Technical pre-sales experience is a plus.
