Google Cloud is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex programs in cloud billing, ordering, and FinOps. This role requires driving strategic alignment, resolving technical and organizational blockers, and forging strong partnerships across product, engineering, UX, and data science teams.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead complex program execution in cloud billing, ordering, and FinOps.
  • Define milestones, manage schedules, and ensure OKR achievement.
  • Communicate program status and risks to stakeholders.
  • Forge strong partnerships with product management, engineering, UX, and data science.
  • Act as the primary driver for resolving complex technical, process, or organizational blockers.
  • Partner with stakeholders and executive leadership to drive strategic alignment on commercial flexibility.
  • Resolve complex architectural challenges and deliver improved business outcomes.
  • Become a subject matter expert in the Google Cloud Business Platform (GCBP) ecosystem.

Krav

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program management of cloud computing emerging technologies.
  • Experience owning outcomes and decision making.
  • Experience solving ambiguous problems.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders.
  • Deep expertise in domain.

  • Experience in tightly partnering with engineering, product management and support teams.
  • Facilitate the design and delivery of features.
  • Bring to market cloud products.
  • Track record of successfully delivering complex software products.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interact with technical groups.
  • Excellent technical judgment and leadership across organizational and team boundaries.
