Ansvarsområden
- Own cross-team programs to deliver certified, versioned API contracts and an API extension path for new business onboarding.
- Drive the front-end federation program, including shell, component registry, tenant packages, and build-time isolation.
- Coordinate onboarding of new tenants and marketplaces, reducing launch time from months to weeks.
- Run performance, resilience, and observability programs to maintain speed and tenant isolation at scale.
- Build mechanisms to govern shared core components versus business-owned extensions, resolving competing tenant needs.
- Manage dependencies with partner platforms and drive convergence decisions.
- Establish program rhythm for over 500 developers, including roadmaps, release schedules, risk management, and quarterly checkpoints.
- Translate a three-year platform vision into sequenced, committed deliverables with clear exit criteria.
Krav
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
- 3+ years of software development experience.
- 5+ years of technical program management experience working directly with software engineering teams.
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk/critical path management.
- Experience owning program strategy for a platform, set of APIs, or shared services consumed by multiple internal teams.
- Experience delivering versioned API contracts, developer-facing tooling, or tenant onboarding programs at scale.
- Experience driving performance, resilience, or observability programs across distributed systems.
- Experience developing and executing technical roadmaps across many stakeholder teams.
