Microsoft is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead key investments in Azure Monitor's data collection, telemetry pipeline, and configuration management platforms. This role involves owning strategic product areas to simplify observability adoption and drive reliable telemetry collection at cloud scale, requiring leadership across multiple engineering teams.

Ansvarsområden

  • Own roadmap investments across telemetry onboarding, collection, routing, transformation, governance, and lifecycle management.
  • Translate customer feedback, telemetry insights, operational trends, and competitive analysis into prioritized investments.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce customer complexity while improving scalability, reliability, and adoption.
  • Define measurable business and customer outcomes and track progress against key success metrics.
  • Drive investments across Azure Monitor's telemetry collection ecosystem.
  • Engage directly with strategic customers to understand observability challenges and operational requirements.
  • Own delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch.

Krav

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
  • Must pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).

Förmåner

  • Typical base pay range across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year.
  • Specific work locations in San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area have a base pay range of USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year.
  • Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
