We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Manager to lead the architecture, development, and delivery of cloud-native enterprise applications. The role involves technical leadership, people management, and driving cloud transformation initiatives using technologies like Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and GoLang.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage customer delivery and expectations, along with the technical team.
  • Architect, design, and develop solutions for product/project delivery and sustenance.
  • Gather specifications and deliver solutions based on domain or technology understanding.
  • Train and develop the team to ensure adequate skilled manpower and mitigate delivery risks.
  • Ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies to meet quality standards and client requirements.
