Conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization, and implementation of best practices and coding standards.
Ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions/reviews as a technical consultant for feasibility studies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and prepare status reports.
Minimize exposure and manage closure of escalations.

Krav

Proven experience as a Technical Lead or in a similar senior technical role.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, best practices, and coding standards.
Experience with quality assurance and performance optimization techniques.
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and manage project scope.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Experience in managing technology in complex projects.
