HCLTech is seeking a Senior Technical Lead with strong React and Replit experience to design and develop modern web applications. The role involves translating business requirements into responsive applications and integrating front-end components with backend services. The candidate will work in Chennai or Bengaluru.

Ansvarsområden

Design and develop responsive React-based web applications.
Build reusable components using React Hooks and functional components.
Use Replit for rapid development, prototyping, debugging, and deployment workflows.
Translate business requirements and UI designs into functional applications.
Integrate applications with REST APIs, databases, and external services.
Implement authentication, authorization, routing, forms, and validation.
Develop backend/API functionality using Node.js and Express.js, when applicable.
Troubleshoot defects and optimize application performance and maintainability.
Follow development best practices using Git/GitHub, testing, and code reviews.
Review and validate AI-generated code for quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
