We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead with proven expertise in Kubernetes management, Terraform development, and CI/CD practices. The role requires a strong understanding of security, compliance, and operational excellence, preferably within the financial services sector.

Ansvarsområden

  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, primarily with Terraform.
  • Develop reusable Terraform modules and maintain version-controlled infrastructure code.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Application teams to define infrastructure requirements and best practices.
  • Manage cloud resources across platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance, cost, and scalability.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and implement robust access controls.
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and provide support for deployment pipelines.
  • Maintain documentation for infrastructure architecture, processes, and standards.

Krav

  • Proven experience as a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Terraform and IaC practices.
  • Proficiency in one or more cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
  • Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation is a plus.
  • Understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Expertise in Kubernetes management, including industry best practices.
  • Strong experience in Terraform development, designing, maintaining, and reusing infrastructure.
  • Deep understanding of CI/CD practices for true continuous delivery.
  • Experience in environments with high expectations around security, compliance, governance, and cost optimisation.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles like security by design, automation-first, innovation, standardisation, and operational excellence.
  • Preferably experience within the banking or financial services sector.
