As a Senior Technical Lead in Web Development, you will provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers focusing on React.js, Java, and Node.js. Responsibilities include ensuring code quality, collaborating with stakeholders, and leading the design and implementation of scalable components.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers in React.js, fostering their skills in building dynamic user interfaces and enhancing team productivity.
  • Conduct comprehensive code reviews and establish quality assurance processes for React.js applications, ensuring adherence to best practices in performance optimization and coding standards.
  • Ensure process compliance within the assigned module by participating in technical discussions and reviews, evaluating feasibility studies, identifying technical risks, and contributing to architecture best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, preparing and submitting status reports to minimize exposure and facilitate timely closure of escalations related to React.js projects.
  • Lead the design and implementation of reusable components and libraries in React.js, optimizing application performance and ensuring modularity for future scalability.

Krav

  • Proficient in React.js with advanced proficiency in building single-page applications and component-driven architecture.
  • Strong understanding of Web Services and RESTful APIs to integrate front-end applications with back-end systems.
  • Solid experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API in React.js.
  • Familiarity with Node.js for back-end integration and development of server-side applications.
  • Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for creating responsive and user-friendly interfaces.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Certified React Developer or relevant Front-End Development certifications (Optional but valuable).
  • Scrum Master Certification or Project Management Professional (PMP) for managing Agile development processes (Optional but valuable).
