Skill Requirements
Minimum 8+ years of experience in SAP HCM.Preferable2Experience in minimum 3 End to End SAP HCM Payroll implementations – for each of these phases’ requirement gathering, conduct workshops, build, training, testing, data migrationGood to Have3Hands on Experience on Payroll /Time Schemas and Rules Payroll of more than one country in Americas, Europe, or APACGood to Have4Experience in Configuration of PA/OM/ Time Management/ Payroll/ Time/ ESS-MSS/ Interfaces/ FIORI APPSGood to Have5Integration experience with HCM on S/4 HANA with Workday, SuccessFactors and other third-party systems will be added benefit.Good to Have6Should have led a team in minimum 2-3 SAP HCM ProjectsGood to Have7Excellent Communication and ability to work as team, as role will require to have extensive meetings with all stakeholders and will be a single point of contactGood to Have8Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.Good to Have9Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with C-level executives, finance teams, and technical teams effectively.Good to Have10In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry-specific financial requirements.Good to Have11Proven ability to drive innovation and digital transformation in finance and accounting processes.Good to Have12Familiarity with integration points between SAP S/4HANA Finance and other SAP modules or third-party systems.
