HCLTech is seeking a Senior Technical Lead with 8-10 years of SAP Functional experience, specializing in SAP CCM, FSCM Credit Management, and S/4HANA environments. The role involves configuring and supporting credit management, managing condition contract processes, and providing L2/L3 production support for Order-to-Cash processes.

Ansvarsområden

Configure and support SAP Credit Management, including credit checks, credit limits, risk classes, and credit exposure monitoring.
Manage Condition Contract Management (CCM) processes, including rebates, settlement management, accruals, and contract settlements.
Provide L2/L3 production support for incidents, service requests, enhancements, and problem management activities.
Work closely with business users to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and prepare functional specifications.
Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes with integration across SAP SD, FI, and Accounts Receivable.
Coordinate with ABAP and technical teams for custom developments, interfaces, reports, and enhancements.
Perform testing activities including Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and deployment support.
Create and maintain business process documentation, configuration documents, test scripts, and knowledge articles.

Krav

8 to 10 years of SAP Functional experience.
Strong expertise in SAP CCM (Contract & Credit Management), FSCM Credit Management, and S/4HANA environments.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in global AMS/support engagements.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Experience with integration across SAP SD, FI, and Accounts Receivable.
