We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead with over 5 years of experience in software development, focusing on Java (Java 21+), Spring Boot/Quarkus, and microservices architectures. The role involves hands-on development, cloud platform experience (GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD, DevOps, and database technologies.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead the design and implementation of Java, microservices, and React-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within scope and timeline.
  • Mentor team members on best practices in Java, microservices, and React development.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in Java, microservices, and React applications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to recommend enhancements and improvements.

Krav

  • 5+ years of experience in software development with strong focus on hands-on development.
  • Strong proficiency in Java (Java 21+) with frameworks such as Spring Boot / Quarkus.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience with functional programming, reactive architecture and non-blocking I/O.
  • Experience building microservices architectures and distributed systems.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, event-driven systems, and messaging (Kafka / MQ).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (preferably GCP) and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD, automation, and DevOps practices.
  • Good exposure to database technologies (PostgreSQL / NoSQL).
  • Understanding of security best practices in backend systems (OAuth2, JWT, mTLS).
  • Experience with observability tools (logging, metrics, tracing).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong proficiency in java programming language and spring framework.
  • Experience in designing and developing microservices architecture.
  • Proficiency in frontend development using react framework.
  • Solid understanding of restful apis and web services.
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as docker and kubernetes.
  • Familiarity with ci/cd pipelines and devops practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead a technical team.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience working in blockchain / distributed ledger platforms (e.g., Canton).
  • Exposure to API management platforms (e.g., Apigee).
  • Familiarity with resilience patterns (circuit breaker, bulkhead, retry mechanisms).
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) or automation tooling.
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and secure SDLC.
  • Experience in regulated environments with compliance and audit awareness.
  • Relevant certifications in Java, Microservices, or React are a plus.
