As a Senior Technical Lead in Embedded Networking, you will guide development teams, ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions with expertise in Java Full Stack, C/C++, and Python. Ansvarsområden

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of developers in Embedded Networking Technologies, enhancing skills in protocol implementation and network security.
  • Conduct comprehensive code reviews and establish quality assurance processes for embedded systems, focusing on performance optimization and best practices in C/C++ and RTOS.
  • Ensure process compliance within the assigned module, acting as a technical consultant in feasibility studies, evaluating alternatives, and assessing technical risks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and submit detailed status reports.

Krav

  • Advanced proficiency in Embedded Networking Principles, including knowledge of TCP/IP, UDP, and network protocols.
  • Strong understanding of programming languages such as C/C++ and Python, with experience in developing embedded firmware.
  • Familiarity with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) and hardware interfaces.
  • Solid experience in conducting code reviews and implementing quality assurance processes.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Optional but valuable certifications in Embedded Systems, such as Certified Embedded Systems Engineer (Cese) or Certified Software Development Professional (Csdp).
  • Relevant certifications in project management methodologies, such as PMP or Scrum Master.
