The SAP CRM Functional Consultant will design, implement, and optimize SAP CRM solutions for clients, aligning with business objectives and enhancing customer engagement. Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, configuring modules, conducting testing, and collaborating with technical teams for seamless integration.

Ansvarsområden

Analyze client business processes and requirements to develop SAP CRM solutions.
Lead and participate in the configuration and customization of SAP CRM modules.
Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
Conduct system testing, user training, and provide post-implementation support.
Collaborate with technical teams to integrate SAP CRM with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP CRM module issues.
Maintain documentation of configurations, customizations, and business processes.
Stay updated with SAP CRM developments and recommend improvements.
Provide ongoing client support and contribute to strong client relationships.

Krav

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a SAP CRM Functional Consultant.
Hands-on expertise in SAP CRM module configuration and implementation.
Strong understanding of business processes related to sales, marketing, and customer service within CRM frameworks.
Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in collaborating with technical teams for system integration and troubleshooting.

Önskade kvalifikationer

SAP CRM certification or equivalent credentials will be an advantage.
Experience with S/4HANA and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ECC, SAP BW).
Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
Ability to work in multicultural, geographically distributed teams.
Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
