As a Senior Technical Lead in Full-Stack Apps, you will guide development teams in best practices for React.js, Node.js, and Angular. This role involves code reviews, performance optimization, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure successful project delivery and foster innovation.

Ansvarsområden

  • Provide technical guidance to a team of developers, defining and implementing best practices in React.js development.
  • Conduct comprehensive code reviews in React.js and optimize application performance.
  • Ensure process compliance within the assigned module and participate in technical discussions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Prepare and submit status reports.

Krav

  • Expert-level proficiency in React.js, with a strong understanding of its core principles.
  • Solid experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
  • In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Familiarity with Node.js and Angular for enhanced integration capabilities.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Optional but valuable certifications: React.js Certification, Certified Scrummaster (CSM), or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate.
