The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for managing technology in complex projects, providing technical guidance, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions. Key responsibilities include configuring Vertex tax rules, jurisdictions, and master data, as well as troubleshooting tax calculation issues and supporting SAP-Vertex integration.

Ansvarsområden

  • Manage technology in complex projects.
  • Provide technical guidance.
  • Ensure successful delivery of solutions.
  • Create, modify, and update tax rules, tax categories, and country-specific tax configurations in Vertex.
  • Maintain tax jurisdictions, jurisdiction mappings, and location-based tax determination settings.
  • Manage user administration, including creation, modification, deactivation, and access control of Vertex user accounts.
  • Maintain tax-related master data used in tax calculations and compliance processes.
  • Configure and maintain business events and transaction rules that drive tax calculations.
  • Support monthly patches and certificates released by Vertex.
  • Troubleshoot tax calculation issues, analyze tax determination results, and support SAP-Vertex integration processes.

Krav

  • Experience with Vertex tax software.
  • Knowledge of tax rules, tax categories, and jurisdiction mappings.
  • Experience with user administration.
  • Familiarity with tax master data management.
  • Experience with business event and transaction rule configuration.
  • Ability to support monthly patches and certificates.
  • Experience troubleshooting tax calculation issues.
  • Knowledge of SAP-Vertex integration processes.
