The Senior Technical Lead will manage the entire lifecycle of an application, including planning, architecture, infrastructure, and budget. This role involves defining application strategy, initiating projects, ensuring compliance, and managing vendor relationships and capacity.

Manage and account for the overall lifecycle of an application.
Define application services in collaboration with stakeholders.
Control and account for Run the Bank Level 3 service costs.
Define application strategy regarding scope, architecture, and infrastructure.
Initiate projects to address application issues and strategic requirements.
Ensure policy, legal, and regulatory compliance for applications.
Chair and document monthly vendor meetings.
Manage platform capacity, consumption, and performance.
Conduct Annual Application Portfolio Optimization (APO) exercises.
Assist in audits to maintain application stability and compliance.
Manage software licenses with the help of the DB sponsor.
Review applications for compliance with common audit themes.
