Senior Technical Lead required with 6+ years of experience in SAP ABAP Technical Development and SAP Integration. Ansvarsområden

  • Coordinate developments with other developers.
  • Define technical specifications for interfaces.
  • Develop application, interface, and migration software.
  • Define and develop user interfaces according to UX guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain printing solutions (forms, labels).
  • Develop integration processes using existing and new frameworks.
  • Understand and set up system communication and protocols.
  • Maintain technical knowledge base.
  • Support infrastructure setup and keep systems and applications up to date.
  • Program design & modularization.
  • Define and maintain quality standards and best practices for development.
  • Prepare test data and pre-test new functionality.
  • Presentation of finished products and developed functionalities.
  • Ensure system implementation and maintenance according to GRC requirements and policies.
  • Support audits from governing bodies.
  • Contribute to IT/Business documentation or validation documents.
  • Complete Hyper care phase and resolve support incidents after go-live.
  • Define technology of interfaces.
  • Database Design.
  • Quality inspection and design reviews of technical products/solutions.
  • Resolve Level 3 Support Issues.
  • Create, analyze, and resolve incidents as per defined SLAs.
  • Support recruiting process for internal staff.
  • Liaise with other cross-functional teams.
  • Coach and support trainees.
  • Provide detailed technical know-how to support solution decisions.
  • Review existing IT solutions for improvements.
  • Ensure global best practice business processes are implemented.
  • Perform Third Party Software Evaluations.
  • Provide detailed IT Solution Architecture for new processes and gaps.
  • Facilitate and perform detailed requirements engineering and business process design.
  • Create and extend program specifications for CRs, Projects, new Releases etc.
  • Coach team members in project methodology and ensure TQM Standards are followed.

Krav

  • 6+ years of experience in SAP ABAP Technical Development.
  • Experience in SAP Integration (IDoc/EDI/RFC).
  • Experience with SAP HANA.
  • Experience with Adobe Forms.
  • Experience with Technical Architecture.
  • Familiar with Waterfall and Agile Project Implementation Methodologies.
  • Familiar with SAP Standard Functionalities (eg. ERP, Hana etc.) and Custom Development procedures.
  • Experience with relevant programming languages & techniques (eg. Abap, SQL, Java, OO, Eclipse etc.).
  • Debugging know-how for troubleshooting.
  • Experience with relevant IT Technologies and Protocols (eg. Adobe, EDI, ODBC, RFC, XML etc.).
  • Multiple end-to-end project lifecycle experience for implementing SAP & other Business Systems.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience with relevant Admin Tools (eg. MS Office, Jira, Sharepoint, Solman etc.).
  • Analytical and abstract thinking.
  • Creative thinking.
  • Presentation, sales and communication skills to sell ideas on Top Management/GPO and Keyuser Level.
  • Able to collaborate and share knowledge.
  • Able to understand and resolve conflicts.
  • Able to lead and facilitate meetings towards an end result.
  • Able to design & implement detailed Processes that are feasible from an end-user perspective.
  • Familiar with important Financial & Medical Regulations and how they impact daily work (TüV, Validation, FDA etc.).
