Seeking a Senior Technical Consultant in Lucknow, India to lead the delivery of technical solutions for ERP products. This role involves analyzing, designing, and implementing enhancements, collaborating with clients and technical teams, and mentoring junior consultants.

Ansvarsområden

  • Analyze, define, and design technical solutions for ERP product enhancements.
  • Improve products during implementation and production support stages.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for RICEFs and address complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Anchor team meetings to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Mentor and train junior consultants, fostering knowledge sharing.

Krav

  • 6-8 years of SFDC experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
  • Strong Development Skills: Apex Class, Trigger, Test Class, LWC, Aura.
  • Proficiency in Data Architecture (Object, Fields, and Relationship).
  • Expertise in Security & Sharing (Profiles & Permission sets, Roles, Sharing Visibilities).
  • Experience with Automation tools (Flow Builder, approval processes, Assignment Rules, Validation Rules, Duplicate Rules).
  • Knowledge of Integration (External API calls, Connected App, Salesforce Connect, Salesforce APIs, SAML Authentication Flow).
  • Familiarity with Platform Features (Email Deliverable, Page Layout, Lightning App, Report, Dashboard).
