HCLTech is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant with 3-5 years of SAP experience for its Noida, Uttar Pradesh location. The role involves designing and delivering technical solutions, coordinating with technical teams, and mentoring junior consultants.

Ansvarsområden

  • Analyze, define, and design technical solutions for ERP product enhancements and continuous improvement during implementation and support.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for RICEFs and act as a primary point of contact for complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver seamless technical solutions.
  • Anchor team meetings to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and coordination.
  • Mentor and train junior consultants, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous learning.

Krav

  • 3 to 5 years of SAP experience
  • 2–5 years in SAP training or knowledge enablement
  • Strong hands-on experience in one or more SAP modules
  • Good understanding of end-to-end SAP business processes
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments and Fiori apps
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Ability to explain technical and functional concepts to non-technical users
  • Strong documentation and instructional design skills
  • Experience with digital learning tools (LMS, e-learning platforms)
  • Familiarity with SAP training systems (IDEs, Training Clients)
  • Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Excel, and documentation tools
  • Experience with virtual training platforms (Teams, Zoom, WebEx)

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology is preferred.
