I korthet

We are seeking an experienced Signavio / LeanIX Consultant to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The consultant will drive business process transformation and enterprise architecture governance using Signavio for process modeling and LeanIX for enterprise architecture visibility. This role ensures alignment across business, IT, and program delivery.

Ansvarsområden

  • Lead end-to-end process modeling (As-Is / To-Be) across SAP workstreams (R2R, P2F, O2C, S2S)
  • Maintain process repository, templates, and governance standards within Signavio Process Manager
  • Ensure process governance, approvals, and ownership using Signavio Process Governance
  • Align Signavio models with SAP design, BRDs, and functional specifications
  • Support Fit-to-Standard workshops, process discovery, and blueprinting sessions
  • Address gaps in process ownership, approval flows, and cross-workstream integration
  • Maintain and manage application landscape, system inventory, and architecture views in LeanIX
  • Define relationships across SAP, MES, PLM, integration layers, and external systems
  • Support target-state architecture definition and roadmap tracking
  • Ensure alignment between Signavio process flows and LeanIX architecture landscape
  • Enable traceability across process → systems → data → integration flows
  • Support integration with tools such as SAP ALM, JIRA/ADO, and reporting dashboards

Krav

  • Strong hands-on experience in Signavio process modeling, process governance, and process mining
  • Experience managing Signavio process repositories, templates, and KPI frameworks
  • Experience in LeanIX enterprise architecture modeling, application portfolio management, and system mapping
  • Strong understanding of architecture governance and landscape visualization
  • Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA or large ERP transformation programs
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, Manufacturing)
  • Experience aligning process models with architecture and system design
  • Strong understanding of cross-system dependencies and integration flows
  • Ability to work across business, IT, architecture, and program teams
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills
  • 6–10+ years total experience
  • 3+ years in Signavio / LeanIX or process/architecture tooling roles
  • Proven experience in large-scale transformation programs

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Experience with SAP ALM, JIRA, or Azure DevOps integration
  • Exposure to SAP + MES + PLM integrated landscapes (Semiconductor preferred)
  • Experience with process mining analytics and KPI dashboards
  • Knowledge of SAP Activate, Fit-to-Standard methodology
  • Experience supporting global template and multi-region rollouts
