HCLTech seeks a Senior Finance Analyst for General Accounting in Hyderabad, Telangana, with 7-8 years of GL accounting experience and ERP knowledge. Ansvarsområden
- Prepare and post manual ad-hoc journals.
- Manage journal approvals.
- Monitor shared service performance against SLAs/KPIs.
- Prepare account reconciliations and reconcile ledgers.
- Analyze and resolve interface variances.
- Generate and distribute standard financial reports.
- Oversee automated journal uploads and correct errors.
- Ensure journals, accruals, and allocations are booked correctly.
- Manage the monthly period close.
Krav
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- 7 to 8 years of GL Accounting Process experience.
- Strong technical accounting expertise.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications, Excel, Word.
- Ability to type 60 – 65 WPM.
- Thorough knowledge of applicable accounts payable/general ledger systems and procedure, financial chart for accounts and corporate procedures.
- Ability to perform mathematical computations quickly and accurately.
- Willing to work in Night Shifts.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Workday ERP knowledge added advantage.
- Good knowledge in working with F & A application platforms, like SAP, Oracle, ERP are preferred.
- BPO GL Experience will be added advantage.
