You will be based in our Fletcher, NC. The shift will start at 1:30 PM and end at 12:00 AM.

Your main tasks:

• Oversee multiple functional departments within the operation, ensuring alignment to business objectives, service levels, and operational excellence standards

• Foster safety, accountability and continuous improvement culture

• Align inbound, outbound, and inventory operations, including handoffs

• Help track the accountability of the department on all transactions

• Produce regular reports and statistics as required

• Participate and/or lead in continuous improvement events

Qualifications:

• Driver's License Required

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required

• 3-5+ years of leadership experience

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Experience with WMS or ERP systems

• Proficient in MS Office: including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
