Tetra Pak is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to join their Tax Center of Excellence in Belgrade, Serbia. This role involves supporting global tax compliance, ensuring timely and accurate tax filings, and assisting with cross-border transactions. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, 4-6 years of tax compliance experience, and proficiency in relevant software and Serbian tax regulations.

Ansvarsområden

Support tax compliance activities within the Tax Center of Excellence (COE), delivering tax compliance and reporting services to Tetra Pak entities globally.
Ensure tax returns and related filings are prepared accurately and submitted on time, in line with applicable regulations and internal requirements.
Assist with local and cross-border transactions involving goods and services, providing tax support to the business as needed.
Support management in driving global tax alignment and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Contribute to the effective execution of day-to-day tax operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance standards.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to address tax-related matters and support ongoing business activities.
Help identify opportunities to improve tax processes, controls, and ways of working within the tax function.

Krav

A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
4-6 years of experience in tax compliance, ideally within a multinational, shared services, or professional services environment.
Fluency in English and Serbian.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong knowledge of Serbian tax regulations.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Previous experience in accounting or finance, such as bookkeeping, which would be considered an advantage.
A tax advisory qualification or relevant tax specialization would be an advantage.
Additional language skills are considered an advantage.
Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Strong analytical skills, business awareness, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a global team environment.
