I korthet

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner in Kunshan to drive end-to-end recruitment for commercial and operations teams in the industrial/mechanical manufacturing sector. This full-time, on-site role requires a bachelor's degree and experience in mid-to-senior level recruitment, with fluency in English being essential.

Ansvarsområden

  • Act as a credible advisor for the talent acquisition function, implementing global and local TA strategies.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for Commercial and Operations organizations (sales, marketing, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, etc.).
  • Engage, attract, and onboard talents to support business growth, strategic transformation, and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HRBPs to make balanced hiring decisions by developing sourcing strategies, influencing stakeholders, sharing market insights, and providing candidate coaching.
  • Support strategic recruitment programs including operational excellence, campus recruitment, university relationship management, trainee/internships, employer branding, and improving hiring manager/candidate experiences.
  • Continuously optimize recruitment processes using data and feedback to enhance efficiency and quality.

Krav

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment within the industrial or mechanical manufacturing sector, with a track record of hiring sales and technical roles.
  • Strong experience in mid-to-senior level recruitment, with a history of identifying and securing top talent for critical roles.
  • Fluency in English (both verbal and written) to effectively communicate with global stakeholders and candidates.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset, with a passion for innovation in talent acquisition.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Exposures in managing and implementing the early career program will be a plus.
