Ansvarsområden
- Take ownership of system-level work from requirements through to delivery.
- Interpret customer needs and ensure alignment with the base product.
- Coordinate across disciplines such as integration, structure, and architecture.
- Translate customer-specific needs into structured system requirements.
- Maintain traceability and support reuse across projects.
- Divide time between customer deliveries and internal development tasks.
Krav
- Solid experience in Systems Engineering, preferably using the V-model.
- Strong educational background in engineering.
- Broad system perspective and ability to understand, analyze, and optimize complete solutions.
- Proven experience working with requirements throughout the full development lifecycle.
- Experience in process-oriented development and coordination of roles like Integration and Verification lead.
- Excellent communication skills, including technical writing in both Swedish and English.
- Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
- Strong leadership qualities and business awareness.
- Ability to take initiative, drive activities forward, and coordinate task forces.
- Passion for continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
- Flexibility to travel when needed.
- Must pass a security vetting.
