We are seeking a skilled Informatica MDM Platform Support Engineer with 3-8 years of experience to provide operational support, maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting for enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions built on the Informatica MDM platform. The role involves ensuring platform stability, resolving production issues, supporting data quality initiatives, and maintaining seamless integration.
Ansvarsområden
- Provide L2/L3 support for Informatica MDM production environments.
- Monitor platform health, application performance, and batch job execution.
- Investigate and resolve incidents, service requests, and data-related issues within SLA timelines.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
- Support and maintain Informatica MDM Hub environments, including troubleshooting Hub Console, Batch Jobs, Match/Merge processes, and Data Steward workflows.
- Manage user access, security roles, and operational configurations.
- Support platform upgrades, patching, and release deployments.
- Analyze and resolve data quality issues.
- Support entity matching, survivorship, hierarchy management, and duplicate record resolution.
- Monitor data loads and validate master data processing.
- Support Informatica PowerCenter and Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) integrations.
- Troubleshoot data ingestion and synchronization issues.
- Monitor workflows, mappings, sessions, and batch processes.
- Perform SQL analysis and troubleshooting for Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL databases.
- Analyze performance bottlenecks and optimize query execution.
- Monitor system logs and alerts.
- Prepare operational and incident reports.
- Track platform availability and support KPIs.
- Maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
- Troubleshoot and resolve tickets raised by clients.
- Undertake training programs for new joinees.
- Perform knowledge transition during project enhancements.
- Document all defined processes and methods of resolving tickets/troubleshooting.
- Update self on latest technologies and related areas.
Krav
- 3+ years of experience supporting Informatica MDM solutions.
- Strong experience with Informatica MDM Hub and Data Director.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Knowledge of data integration and ETL processes.
- Experience in production support environments.
- Strong expertise in Informatica MDM Hub, data integration processes, database management, and production support operations.
