Qualcomm is looking for a Senior Staff DFT Engineer in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, to lead DFT strategy and implementation for complex SoCs. Ansvarsområden

  • Lead DFT strategy and implementation for complex SoCs.
  • Drive architecture and methodology for scan, BIST, and boundary scan.
  • Collaborate with design, verification, and physical implementation teams to ensure robust test coverage.
  • Mentor and guide engineers, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Test Coverage Analysis and optimization for high-quality silicon.

Krav

  • DFT Architecture & Methodology: Scan insertion, ATPG, MBIST, LBIST, JTAG.
  • Tools & Technologies: Synopsys, Mentor Tessent, Cadence Modus.
  • Languages: Verilog/System Verilog, scripting (TCL, Perl, Python).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 8+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
  • OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 7+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.
  • OR PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field and 6+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Engineering, or related field.
  • 15+ years of Hardware Engineering or related work experience
  • 4+ years in a technical leadership role with or without direct reports.
  • 2+ years of working with operating budgets and/or project financials.
